The Patient Experience & Testimonials
Mr. Joseph Coburn - American Arts Teacher, presently HOD Arts Department, Mercedes Benz International School ( MBIS), Pune is a regular patient at PAX Physiotherapy Clinic. He has been suffering from shoulder dysfunction and pain for more than 2 years. After several sessions of Physiotherapy, he has found significant improvement in his left shoulder and is able to function without pain. He was also treated for his lymphedema.
"The KT tape applied by Dr. Xavier - Is this sporty or what? Didn't know how the kids at MBIS would react but honestly I think they did better than the teachers. Ha Ha. Went to a Physical therapist Dr. Prem Xavier to have my left shoulder looked at. Had several treatments on the shoulder and my lymphedema looked at. He suggested mobilization + electric impulse + lymph drainage tape. I think it is helping me really well & will continue on for a few more sessions."
Regarding the unique Lymphedema Physiotherapy treatment by PAX Physiotherapy Clinic.
"Prem Xavier mobilized my neck using a tape pulling down in the directions to where the lymph fluid should flow then hooked me up to a machine with electric pulses. The idea of his specialized treatment is that he pulls the skin and hence channels the fluid towards lower remaining channels and helps to find the natural paths to eventually guide it to my heart. After one full day , I do feel like it has made a real difference."
